We only accept orders for delivery within mainland UK.

Cancellation

| Shipping And Handling All orders with any amount of products have one simple delivery charge of £5.99 + Vat.In extreme circumstances / postal areas P & P surcharge may apply. Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) will be subject to a 10% delivery surcharge. |
Delivery Schedule We aim to provide you with an accurate date on which the Goods will be ready for delivery. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 business days. Where we become aware that the date for delivery may be delayed, we shall notify you as soon as possible and aim to provide you with a revised date.
We will not be liable for any loss you incur, whether financial or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from our delay or failure to meet the date where the delay is caused by reasons outside of our control. You shall be responsible for making all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the Goods except where alternative arrangements have been otherwise agreed.
All customers will be contacted by email to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of Monday and Friday 8 AM to 6 PM (excluding weekends) - we are unable to give exact delivery times. We shall notify you at the time of confirming your order of any additional delivery charges or other expenses for which you will be liable. If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, then we reserve the right to store the Goods until actual delivery or collection and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage or subsequent delivery charges which we may incur.
The delivery driver will only make one delivery attempt, if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery a charge may be made to deliver a second time.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety reasons the driver is only contracted to deliver curbside. Delivery to inside a customers property is at the drivers discretion.
For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adequate assistance in helping the driver unload.
We do not advise anyone to pre-book a tradesperson until delivery is completed and the goods checked.
Loss or Damage to Goods
We request that you examine the Goods on delivery as soon as reasonably possible to do so.Where you wish to return Goods because they are damaged or defective, we request that you do so in accordance with our Returns Policy. All losses or damage must be notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery.
Risk & Property
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to you:Where Goods are to be delivered to you, at the time we deliver them to your premises.Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of responsibility for the Goods to you, the transfer of the ownership of the Goods shall not take place until we receive payment in full for all sums due and owing under the Contract on any account. Until such time that we are in receipt of all sums due and owing, we shall remain the owner of the Goods.Until such time as the Goods are paid for in full, you shall be responsible for taking reasonable care of the Goods. Where possible, you are required to store the Goods separately from all other goods in your possession in such a way that the Goods can be readily identified as still being ours. Where you fail to pay for the Goods in accordance with these Conditions, we shall be entitled to seek a court order to enter upon your premises or any other third party premises where the Goods are stored for the purpose of repossessing the Goods. |

Returns Policy Do not return any Goods to us without following the steps below. We will not be liable for any Goods returned to us that do not follow this procedure.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession and up until the time when the Goods are physically returned to us.
