Which Electromax Boiler?
The Underfloor Heating version heats the system water to a maximum of 60°C and is not suitable if the system is to include both underfloor heating and radiators. In this case use the radiator version, which heats the water beyond 60°C. A blending valve or underfloor heating manifold must be used to reduce the temperature in the underfloor heating circuit to the required level, typically 50 to 55°C.

Heatrae Sadia Electromax offer the comfort and convenience of wet central heating and domestic hot water storage, wherever there is mains electricity.

The Heatrae Sadia Electromax and hot water store is a fully packaged unit and comes complete with a boiler, stainless steel hot water cylinder, and pre-plumbed factory fitted circulating pump, central heating and domestic hot water controls.

The Heatrae Sadia Electromax is compact in size and will fit into a standard domestic airing cupboard making it ideal for a range of properties. They are especially suited to flats and apartments where gas central heating may be a problem or there are flue and condensate drain issues.
