Q: When can I contact you? You can fill out our online form anytime. If you prefer to telephone, our office opening times are: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm We have a telephone answering service and you can leave a message anytime. We will respond to out of hours messages the next working day.

Q: Where can you deliver to? We can deliver to all of the UK, Northern Ireland, Guernsey & Jersey. We can deliver small items under 25Kg to the EU. We pride ourselves in going that extra mile, so if you need items shipped to anywhere else, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Q: What do you charge for delivery? For deliveries to mainland UK & Northern Ireland there is a fixed price of £5.99. For deliveries of small items under 25kg to the EU, there is a fixed price of £15.00. For deliveries to Jersey & Guernsey the delivery charge is 9% of the total price of the goods, with a minimum charge of £5.99. UK VAT is not added to Channel Island orders.

Q: Is shopping on your site secure? Absolutely. We only use totally secure payment processes. In fact, when you order through our website, we never see or record your payment card details. We use a payment service provider called SagePay, who were formerly called Protx. Their security is second to none, giving us and especially you, peace of mind shopping at our store.

Q: I have a question about my order. What can I do? If you have a query about an order you have placed, please call us or fill out the Contact Us form. All you have to do is give us the last 3 digits of your order number and we will trace your order in seconds. If you do not have the order number to hand, don't worry, just give us some relevant details like your name and delivery postcode and we can trace your order anyhow, but it may take a few seconds longer.

Q: What if I want to place an order over the telephone? Internet shopping has never been safer. We use SagePay to process your card payment directly through their telephone payment terminal. This means that we do not record or keep your card details once the payment has been processed. Their payment process is fully encrypted for your total security.
